🌊 Float Inspections 1 & 2 Yesterday! First we were at Macadam Bay Moorage and then across town to Columbia Way West Moorage.
🔎 Float inspections are MANDATORY when buying, selling or refinancing a floating home! We also got word from our river insurance people any floating home older than 10 years will need a float inspection report as well.
