We pulled up at CHANNEL ISLAND MARINA today to inspect the float of the latest Zillow Review and it was to my surprise that the float is serviceable!!

#10 at at Channel Island is listed at a stunning $450,000 with a decent float! Me and my diver John were shocked!

My grandparents owned the house next door for nearly 25 years so Channel Island still feels like home I love all the people here and our Mark Day Remodel is actually a house out of this Marina!
