Overall this home is unique in its shape, has some cool interior features, personally I love the wood vaulted ceilings but seriously, does anyone still like floating cabinets anymore? 👀
3⭐️Rating for a float is not terrible and the work to bring it this float up to a 4⭐️ will not break the bank!!

🏂 Sometimes you gotta get into a different form of water! Taking a slight hiatus from Floating Homes + Real Estate for a couple hours this weekend at @timberlinelodge !!!
❄️ Great deals for a spring pass, snow was nice! Was contemplating going surfing or snowboard on Sunday and even though our coast is cold it’s pretty amazing I could even have the choice of the two!

🌊 2 Float Inspections on a beautiful PNW Day at Macadam Bay Moorage & Columbia Way West!
🌊 Float Inspections 1 & 2 Yesterday! First we were at Macadam Bay Moorage and then across town to Columbia Way West Moorage.
🔎 Float inspections are MANDATORY when buying, selling or refinancing a floating home! We also got word from our river insurance people any floating home older than 10 years will need a float inspection report as well.
