The year I was born, in 1996, my dad, Marc Even, built his first floating home for my grandparents at Channel Island Marina, a place that became a treasured part of my up bringing. Between visits to my grandparents’ floating home and countless days at Even Construction’s headquarters, where I was immersed in the world of floating homes as a child and now as an adult, I developed a deep connection to and understanding of this unique lifestyle.

Today, I am proud to serve as the Vice President of Even Construction, working alongside my father as we continue to build high-quality floating homes on the river. With years of hands-on experience, I’ve had the opportunity to build many homes, honing my skills and knowledge in every detail of the construction process. I am also a bank-accredited float inspector, making me uniquely qualified to assess, advise, and coordinate all aspects of floating home maintenance and safety.

As the most well-equipped and well-connected realtor on the river, my network includes top float work contractors, flotation companies, and industry experts. I’ve had the privilege of learning from river legends like my father and our diver, John Glenn, both of whom have contributed immensely to my expertise. Stepping into the floating home real estate space was a natural decision for me. I’m here to ensure you receive the right knowledge, guidance, and peace of mind as you navigate life on or off the river.
